Chief Kwame Springer is a business entrepreneur with over 35 year’s experience in investing and developing businesses from the age of 15 when he opened his first business then other businesses including: K&O Properties (the largest independent Estate Agency in South London), Citybunker (an indoor golf club in Canary Wharf), Eclectic Salon & Beauty (a women’s salon), Park Avenue Ltd (a printing company), Bearth Entertainment Ltd (an independent UK record label), A.I.M Productions (a film production company), JBC Food Ltd (a fast food shops) and Sisterhood TV Ltd. (a multi-media company targeting women in business).
With determination and hard work Chief Kwame Springer has nurtured multiple businesses to commercial success such as Clear Water Investment Ltd - a property investment company that started of with a £545,000 investment and grew within five years to an asset base worth of £17.5 million. Across The Water Ltd a International property investment company that purchased and sold $100 million worth of real-estate.
His greatest achievement to date is being a proud father of two and a grandfather of one, “Family is the key to success”
Chief Kwame Springer spends his time giving back to the community encouraging others and delivering motivational talks for the likes of Barclays Capital Bank, HSBC Prime Banking, The Millionaires Club and Dunraven Secondary School. His speaker engagements are to motivate and inspire not only his peers, but more importantly the next generation. With a desire to help others in 2007 he set up a trust to build schools in Africa and the Caribbean.
Retired by the age of 30 he owns a multimillion pound ‘property and land portfolio’ and enjoys brokering, facilitating and financing business deals internationally.
The Background
Chief Kwame Springer was born in Brixton, London, United Kingdom with parents of Caribbean heritage they named him after Kwame Nkrumah, Ghana’s first President. A born entrepreneur Mr. Springer started his first business at the age of just 15 when he ran and owned a mobile phone company. Not content with just one business as a teenager he then opened a men’s salon Twin Peaks a men’s barber shop in South London still at the age of 15 whilst studying for his GCSE's.
Gaining a Higher National Diploma in Construction Studies and a degree in Construction Management, Chief Kwame Springer opened up his property business at the age of 21 (an estate agency called K&O Properties Ltd, which stands for Kwame and Omari – Omari is his first child) and a property management company Sure Property Management Ltd
By the time he was 21 K&O Properties Estate Agency had grown to several branches across London. To complement its services, he opened a Property Development company called M.A.K Development Ltd. At 25 he opened a financial company called Clear Finance Ltd and at 26 he opened the doors to two separate companies Clear Water Investments Ltd and Across The Water Investments Ltd. Developing his property business portfolio further at 27 Mr. Springer opened up a property buying company, Making Property Easy Ltd to assist clients that could not afford to purchase properties to get on the property ladder.
Retiring at the age of just 30, Chief Kwame Springer became the owner of an in-door golf club and entertainment club in England’s financial district, Canary Wharf, called CityBunker.
Chief Kwame Springer underwent a DNA test and traced his heritage back to Africa where he was embraced by one of the kings and was given his Chieftain title.
Soon after retirement Chief Kwame Springer soon realised that retirement was definitely not for him, he is currently consulting, facilitating and financing international business deals through is company Blue Dot Wealth Ltd. Where his client base are a prestigious list of Presidents, Ministers, Heads of Central Banks, Investment Trusts, Banks and CEO’s. He is now structuring large commodity deals, Gold, Diamonds, Crude and Refined Oil products through his companies, SDE International General Trading and BDW Energy Limited. Where he also trades commodities, MTN’s and banking instruments. Provides finance through EDIB International ltd that has USD 250 billion AUM, owning shares in oil blocks. Part owner in Crypto and Banking through Virsymcoin and Virsympay.
